2012 City Pet License Just stop in during business hours to pick up you pet's City License! By law dogs and cats are required to have a city license. This license registers you as the pet's owner and could help return a lost pet home. All that is required to purchase a license is a current Rabies Certificate and if your a client here...we already have one! Rates will change and a late fee will be added as of April 1, 2012. So stop in today! No appointment necessary!
